Dave Oreshack
Dave Oreshack founded MindSetPerformance Solutions in 2005 to help young athletes deal with the mental side of competition. Since then, Dave has studied and learned a variety of tools and techniques to give his clients the mental edge in all aspects of their lives. He has received training and certification as a Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists, and has been using the energy therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) since 2006 to help clients with a variety of emotional, psychological and physical issues.
